BIO:
For a good time, call me! I'm Janet, and I'm a fun-loving, love-loving young gal who will thrive with an active family that enjoys long walks and lots of playtime. I'm a big girl who is still a puppy at heart, so I will do best with humans who enjoy an energetic doggie friend. I absolutely adore humans and my favorite activity is giving hugs when I see you, so though I am great with kids of all ages I would do best with older ones who I won't accidentally knock over in my exuberance. Some of my other favorite activities include going on car rides, romping around in the yard, singing (so I think I might do best in a single-family home without walls so I don't bother our neighbors with my woof-woofs!), and getting all the pets and cuddles I can from any human I meet. I also enjoy the company of other doggies and get along nicely with the two huskies in my foster family, however I would do best in a home without kitty cats because I am too interested in chasing them. I am a smart lady who is already potty and crate trained, but could use continued work on my manners as I am young and forget my size sometimes (for example, when I am excited and zooming around, I can be klutzy and sometimes knock some things over - but I am working on listening and settling down when told!) Fetching Tails requires adopters of young dogs like me to sign us up for training classes, and I think I will really excel in a fun class where I can learn commands and build an even stronger bond with you!
